Fresh from filming the season finale of Gossip Girl, Leighton Meester was spotted making her way around New York City .

Dressed for the spring season, the 22-year-old first made a stop by the Rockefeller Center for a pre-taping of “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.”

Upon arrival, the actress switched her wardrobe and slipped into a shimmery blue, black and yellow evening dress before chatting with Fallon.

Afterward, the “Gossip Girl” gal headed off to the Parsons Fashion Benefit 2009 Pre-party at Calvin Klein Collection, and changed outfits once again – this time, wearing a white dress that looked gorgeous against her dark locks.
